On May 15, 2008, Steyr Motors will unveil its new Hybrid Propulsion System at a press conference in San Francisco, California. The new technology will be featured in a vessel manufactured by Frauscher Boats of Austria, and the world will get its first look at the performance and efficiency of this unprecedented new system. The event will begin with a press conference and VIP sea trials at the Saint Francis Yachting Center on the 15th, and conclude with a public unveiling at Ghirardhelli Sqare on May 17th.
This is starting out as a busy year for Horizon East Diesel! Our boat show schedule seems to grow every year, and 2008 is no exception. We kick the 2008 schedule off at the C-PORT Conference, which is held from February 1-3 in Amelia Island, Florida. Once this show is over, we immediately head for New Jersey to attend the Atlantic City International Power Boat Show. This show is held February 6-10 at the Atlantic City Convention Center, and you can see us in Hall D, booth 736.
Less than a week later, you'll find us all at the Miami International Boat Show, which runs February 14-18. We will be located inside the Miami Beach Convention Center in booth 1965. As always, factory representatives from Steyr Motors will accompany us in Miami to help facilitate the growing interest in these amazing engines. Following the Miami show, Horizon East Diesel will gear up for the Palm Beach Boat show in Palm Beach, Florida. This event takes place March 27-30, and we will be located inside the main tent in booth 596.
We wrap up the Spring 2008 schedule with the Jacksonville International Boat Show, which will be held at the Metropolitan Park and Marina in Jacksonville, FLorida on April 18-20. Don't miss the fun! We look forward to meeting you at the shows!
